Application Fee is a one-time only payment of $200 for processing, guidance counselor and other supportive services. This application fee is non-refundable.

Each course taken as an elective will have two options:

The students may change the course option once registered. This specifically means that if a students chooses the 9 weeks semester options, he/she may change it to the 18 weeks options during the semester.

Option A: The semester is 18 weeks in length for a $550.00 per semester. Each semester is equivalent to half (.5) credits. For courses that require a full (1.0) credit, under the traditional 18 weeks option, the cost for the two semesters shall be the cost is US$1,100.00. Each semester can be paid individually or at the beginning of the first class.
- Option B: The semester is 9 weeks in length for $350.00 per semester. This is an accelerated option and requires added dedication and academic discipline. Each semester is equivalent to half (.5) credits. For courses that require a full (1.0) credit under the accelerated Option B, the cost for the two semesters shall be the cost is US$700.00. Each semester can be paid individually or at the beginning of the first class.
- IMPORTANT NOTE, if you use a Credit Card with which to make payment, there is a 3% fee in order to cover the cost associated with credit card transactions.
- Advanced Placement courses taken as an elective and not as part of a diploma program cost US$550.00 each semester. Advanced Placement courses are classes from the College Board for college credit with the passing of an Advanced Placement exam.

One semester provides half (0.5) credit. Most classes are divided into two semesters for one (1.0) full credit.

For the majority of states in the United States, classes start during the months of August and September. The first semester usually ends in December or January. The second semester tends to start in January and end in June. It recommended that the students take both semesters for Advanced Placement classes.

The Advanced Placement exams are given in May of each year. This means that the classes in preparation for the exams should be taken and concluded prior to the Advanced Placement exam.

The Advanced Placement exam requires a registration fee. The registration fee, and the process of soliciting the AP exams is done in collaboration with the student’s home school. Vamco Academy is not responsible or involved in any way with the process of soliciting, paying, or registering the student for the AP exams.

All classes can be taken anytime during the calendar year, with the exception of Advanced Placement classes.
